Principles of Accounts Unit

The POA Unit seeks to deepen students’ understanding by encouraging them to apply what they have learnt in class.

The POA unit pedagogy is Questioning Techniques. Questioning has a crucial role in the process of learning as it stimulates and maintains interest and encourages our students to think and focus on the content. Through planned questioning, we can steer our students’ thinking along a particular route to stimulate learning, to aid recall, and to challenge.

This year, our students participated in the National Accounting Challenge 2023 to extend and stretch their competencies.
