Parent Gateway (PG) Matters (opens in new tab) There is a new Student Absence feature on Parents Gateway (PG) available from June 2025. With this feature you will be able to submit reasons for your child's absence, attach medical certificates and documents - all in the PG app.
Application of Leave during Term (ALT) for Overseas Travel (opens in new tab)Parents are required to submit an Application of Leave during Term (ALT) for students who need to be absent from school due to overseas travel. Applications should be submitted via the link above, together with the relevant supporting documents, for the school’s consideration. Parents are encouraged to submit the application early to facilitate timely processing.
